It has been another highly competitive year for our CANTAB^TM Research Grant, with the large number of high-quality applications making picking just three winners a challenge for our judging panel! Here we reveal the winning grants.

The winners each receive a CANTAB^TM Connect Research Licence with 150 CANTAB^TM assessments alongside funding to support the costs of the study and access to expert support from our science team.

We are pleased to announce the winners of the 2022 CANTAB^TM Research Grant:

Primary award (£1000)

Nana Aba Senuwah Ashon, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology – Relationship between dietary carotenoid intake, cognition and visual function among selected schools in Ghana.

Secondary awards (£250)

Amy Tiberio, Curtin University – Examining the relationship between BDNF and Parkinson’s Disease

Peter Mukli, University of Oklahoma Health Science Center – Assessment of chemotherapy-related cognitive impairment (CRCI).
