Dr. Nick Kerton

Cambridge Cognition Holdings is deeply saddened to report the death of Nick Kerton, the Company’s former Chief Executive Officer and Non-executive Director, after a long fight with cancer.

Dr. Kerton was first appointed to the Company’s board on its Admission to AIM in May 2013 and became Chief Executive Officer in September 2013, a role he held until the end of 2015, before becoming one of the Company’s Non-executive Directors. He retired from the board at the Company’s AGM in April 2019.

Deepest sympathies from all at Cambridge Cognition have been conveyed to his family.
